How long will it take to see the first result?

After the first few sessions, your skin is brought back to life. Your skin texture refined and your skin more supple and radiant thanks to the reactivation of the production of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid. The results then keep improving after each session. For quicker results, sessions can be scheduled several times a week at the beginning of the treatment (the fibroblasts can be constantly stimulated). The first month is important to trigger the process at the skin level. After that, one session per month is enough. A beauty anti-aging lifestyle to be adopted all year round.

Will the result last?

The best way to answer this question is with a metaphor: exercising two weeks during your summer vacation won’t keep you fit for the rest of the year, will it? The same is true for your Endermologie sessions. During the attack phase (2 sessions per week for 1 month), the goal is to send enough messages to our slimming cells to create a sustainable cellular awakening. In a few weeks, depending on your objectives, the technique will release resistant fat, smooth away cellulite, reshape curves and firm your skin. After this intensive period, it is important to regularly continue to stimulate these cells so they don’t fall back to their old, lethargic habits. The good news is that one session per month is sufficient to reactivate this cellular memory and leverage its slimming and firming effects. Just like physical exercise, Endermologie becomes a new lifestyle.

How many sessions before I see results?

The average woman will need 14 to 20 treatments to achieve optimal results. Full body treatments are generally 50 minutes in duration. Treatments are recommended twice a week. Once a month follow-up treatments are recommended to maintain results.

Does Endermologie replace exercice?

No. In fact, it is highly recommended that you add diet and exercise to the routine you follow while undergoing Endermologie treatments. In most cases, this improves results. It really works on a different area than exercise ~ which effects the deeper structures, which is why even women who work out often have cellulite.

Does diet and exercise get rid of cellulite?

Since cellulite is a complex problem, it must be addressed from the subcutaneous layer to act on fluid retention. This fluid retention is abnormal. It is not the kind of fluid you would loose by exercising – it is a combination of fluid and toxins that have built up in the connective tissues. Whereas both diet and exercise affect deep fat, they fail to act on the underlying cause of cellulite in the superficial tissue of your skin. Even women who exercise regularly and follow a low fat-diet may still have cellulite. Intermittent fasting is, however, a great addition to Endermologie as your insulin levels drop your fat cells will be targeted over time and this way of living will slowly help shrink the fat cells.

I have a problem with water retention, is Endermologie an effective solution?

Yes, endermologie® treatments stimulate circulatory exchanges to eliminate excess water while providing an immediate and lasting sensation of well-being. Over the course of your sessions, your legs become more streamlined and regain their natural shape while the overall quality of your skin improves.

What should I wear to my appointment and why do I need to wear a special Body stocking suit during the treatment?

We recommend that you wear clothes that are easy to change in and out of. You may remove your bra (or at least open the straps at the back) and it is recommended that you wear a G-string under your body stocking.

You will be required to purchase and wear a specially-designed body suit that allows the  Endermologie treatment head to glide gently over the body, guarantees perfect hygiene and its opaque respect your privacy during the treatment. The body-stockings can be taken home and re-used for each consecutive treatment.

Does it hurt? Is Endermologie safe?

The treatment is very pleasant. The sensation is similar to a deep massage and most clients find it quite pleasant. The strength of the treatment can be individually adjusted to your comfort level.

Endermologie is a safe, non-invasive treatment that’s risk-free. The Endermologie technique uses negative pressure massage only, no needles, ultrasound, freezing or anything else that could potentially cause side-effects. Some individuals may experience a slight tingling in more sensitive treatment areas and it is possible for people with sensitive skin to experience some temporary bruising after the treatment, but thats’s it! No risk of scarring or permanent damage.

What will I feel like afterward? Most clients report a feeling of relaxation and an increase in energy. Since the Lymphatic system is stimulated, it is recommended that you drink at least two liters of water every day during the duration of your treatment in order to aid in the elimination of the mobilized fat.
